 Ingredients:


  •  1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  •  1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  •  1/4 teaspoon salt
  •  1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  •  3/4 cup powdered sugar
  •  2 large eggs
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1/2 cup milk

Guidelines:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
8. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Once cooled, you can frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting or enjoy them plain!
