Yes, here's a simple recipe for a moist cake made using butter:


 Ingredients: - 


  • 1 cup (226g) softened unsalted butter
  •  4 big eggs, room temperature;                                               
  •  1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • A couple of tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 (300g) of all-purpose flour
  •  2 tsp powdered baking
  •  1/2 teaspoon of salt
  •  1 cup (240 ml) of room temperature whole milk


Guidelines:

1. Set the oven temperature to 175°C, or 350°F. Two 9-inch round cake pans or a 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased and floured.

2. Using a large mixing mixer, beat the granulated sugar and softened butter until frothy and light.

3. Beat thoroughly after each addition of eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla extract and stir.

4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a another basin.

5. Alternately add the milk and the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture gradually. Add the dry ingredients first, and last, and mix until just mixed with each addition.

6. Evenly distribute the batter into the pan or pans that have been prepared.

7. Bake, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes for round pans and 30 to 35 minutes for 9 by 13-inch pans.

8. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool in the pan(s) for ten minutes before moving it to a wire rack to finish cooling.

9. The cake can be served or decorated as desired once it has cooled. Savor the delicious soft butter cake!
